With eBIT EasyDocs you can now manage the training actions of the Company
Document managers organize, digitize, perform more or less intelligent searches, allow the sharing of documents, ensure access to them and even generate and manage workflows. From now on, in addition to all this, eBIT can become the company’s eLearning platform.
Thanks to the trust and collaboration of our clients and the technical capacity of our team, we have developed a module of our famous documentary manager for the creation and management of a training actions platform. Its functionalities are:
- Communication with the company’s ERP
Connection of eBIT EasyDocs with the client’s ERP, either through specific connectors or through Web Services. In this way the employees of the company will be imported with training actions and automatically the task will be generated for each employee / course. The system will periodically inform the ERP about the evolution or completion of the courses by the employees.
- Maintenance of training courses
The training department can manage all the training courses that employees must complete throughout the year. The tutor or person responsible for the management of the courses at the definition level can create as many training courses as they want, just as each course can have the questions they want, and without limit of answers for each question.
- Conducting the training courses
In order for the employee to have access to the training courses assigned and pending, the employee must identify himself on the eBIT EasyDocs documentary platform.
- Control panel for area managers
In training courses we will be informed about the center or organization to which the employee belongs (investee companies, territorial delegations, branches), so that the person in charge of each area will be able to visualize all the information in a graph, indicating for each training course the percentage of tests performed and the number of tests still to be performed.
- Traceability of courses
EBIT has a web tool that allows taking control of each course carried out. Each employee can consult all the training courses carried out, through the diplomas / documents generated by each one of them. You can only access your training courses. Logically, each area manager will have the appropriate permissions to be able to see the courses carried out by the employees who are part of the team, through consultations or directly accessing the file of the employee in question.
