Suzuki implements the eBIT CxC solution
Suzuki Motor Ibérica is starting to use Biton‘s eBit CxC solution to facilitate the treatment of customer invoices. Thanks to the implementation of the eBIT CxC solution, the company has managed to unify the file of the different documents and eliminate the use of paper.
According to the ITC Director Ángel Pulido, eBIT CxC “has allowed us to unify the documentation”. Therefore, now Suzuki can see and manage all the documents associated with the sales cycle. The company has improved its service. In addition, the implementation of the eBIT CxC solution is making them save costs and increase their productivity.
